Q- What is the student teacher ratio?
Q- What are your timings?
Normal hours are from (9:30am to 12:00 /9:30 to 1:00 pm) Monday through Friday. We have early drop off at 8:00am and late pick up at 6:30pm should parents need to extend regular school hours.
Q- At what age does Apple Blossom accept students?
We serve children from 1 year through 5.6 years of age.
Q- How do you group children?
We typically determine the placement of your child based on age; however, we consider many other factors upon deciding the make up of a classroom. Such factors would include: boy to girl ratio, different personalities, age, readiness, social/emotional development, etc.
Q- Is there space in the program to enroll my child? Does my child need to be potty trained?
Enrollment is on-going and a child may enter at any time during the year depending on the numebr of vacant seats. You child doesn’t need to be potty trained to gain admission. Parents can email email@example.com to find out about availability.
Q- What activities do you have for your students?
We have varied activities such as Taekwondo,skating,vocal music,kathak,pottery,rebs sports academy,French language,phonic classes
Q- What measures does Apple Blossom take to ensure the safety & security of my child?
Safety & security of your little buds is our top priority. To ensure that we have multiple security measure in place:
- CCTV cameras installed in the corridors & classes.
- Live streaming access shared with parents.
- Only female housekeeping staff are allowed in the corridors during school hours.
- GPS enabled transport.
- Kids are accompanied by nanny / teacher in the buses as well.
- No child is left unattended at any point of time. Head counts are done during all movements.
- Proper entry and exit time is maintained in the registers.
- Gate entries and exits are vigilantly maintained.
- Entry into school is given only on submission of identity card.
Q- Do you have a daycare facility?
Yes, we do have a day care facility available .The timings for the same are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Q- How safe is the mid day meal provided for my child?
A team of teachers visit the kitchen daily to check on the quality of raw materials being used. Then, the food is prepared hygienically under strict supervision. Surprise inspections are conducted time to time by the center head. Not only this, center head also tastes the food daily before serving it to the students.
Q- Do you toilet train the students in Nursery?
Yes, toilet training is a part of our curriculum in Nursery. Initially they are allowed to wear diapers. Kids are taken to the washroom after every half an hour to toilet train them. We also have trained nanny’s to help them. By July once they are toilet trained, they are not allowed to wear diaper.
Q- Do you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes we do.
Q- What if my child get sick during school hours & needs medication?
We have a in house Nurse 24*7 available in the school.
Q- How frequently are toys and classroom sanitized?
The toys and classrooms are sanitized on a daily basis. Teachers follow a detailed checklist and sign off upon cleaning. Toys and surface areas are sanitized by the mandated 1:9 ratio bleach to water solution. Our housekeeper also maintains school appearance and cleaniness.
Q- Are meals & snacks provided at preschool?
Yes. Nutritious mid day meals are provided to the students at lunch.
